The Senior Project Officer in the Office for Autism plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives that foster inclusion and awareness for Autistic people across South Australia. This position supports a wide range of functions, including project delivery, stakeholder engagement, event coordination, website administration, and supporting the Office's grants program. The role contributes to communications, reporting, and the smooth running of office operations. Strong project management skills, an understanding of government processes, and experience working with diverse communities - particularly Autistic people and their families - are essential. The Senior Project Officer works closely with the Director and team, providing advice, managing complex projects, and supporting cross-agency collaboration. This dynamic and impactful role requires critical thinking, sound judgement, and excellent communication skills to ensure outcomes align with the Office's strategic objectives and the broader South Australian Autism Strategy.
